9th Circuit: Stay of removal denied as court calls government’s action unfair and unjust

Two judges in the 9th Cir­cuit Court of Ap­peals rule that a man must be de­por­ted be­cause they don’t have au­thor­ity to say oth­er­wise. But, in a fil­ing, Judge Steph­en Re­in­hardt writes that the gov­ern­ment’s ac­tion is not “fair or just.”
