Activision Trial Exhibit 1037

These e-mails have been sub­mit­ted as evid­ence in the up­com­ing tri­al pit­ting Act­i­v­i­sion Bliz­zard Inc. against the former de­velopers of the Call of Duty game fran­chise.

Ex­hib­it 1037 con­tains cor­res­pond­ence from Har­old Brown to his cli­ents Jason West and Vin­cent Zampella, who were em­ploy­ees of Act­i­v­i­sion at the time, dis­cuss­ing a po­ten­tial con­tract with Elec­tron­ic Arts.
