Letter from auditor to L.A. County

The state aud­it­or warned Los Angeles County of­fi­cials that they were vi­ol­at­ing state law by de­fy­ing a sub­poena for re­cords re­lated to the cases of chil­dren who died after passing through the county’s child wel­fare sys­tem.
