CBO estimates cost of immigration reform

The non­par­tis­an Con­gres­sion­al Budget Of­fice re­por­ted Tues­day that newly leg­al im­mig­rants would provide more than enough new tax rev­en­ue, fees and eco­nom­ic growth to off­set the bill’s costs.
