Affidavit and charges against Gary Thompson

A prob­able cause af­fi­davit re­leased Thursday de­tails a 2012 plot to set an In­di­ana­pol­is house on fire and col­lect in­sur­ance money. The ex­plo­sion at that house ripped through the neigh­bor­hood, lev­el­ing oth­er homes and killing two people.
