Court order rejecting NFL concussion settlement

Fed­er­al judge An­ita Brody on Tues­day re­jec­ted a pro­posed set­tle­ment of the NFL con­cus­sion lit­ig­a­tion, on con­cerns that the $765 mil­lion deal might not be large enough to en­sure pay­outs to could play­ers who could de­vel­op signs of ser­i­ous brain dis­ease over time.
