Criminal allegations against Martin Weiss

Pro­sec­utors in Los Angeles brought a crim­in­al com­plaint against child tal­ent man­ager Mar­tin Weiss in 2011, char­ging him with eight felony counts re­lated to his al­leged sexu­al ab­use of an as­pir­ing sing­er and act­or. Weiss pleaded no con­test to two counts of com­mit­ting lewd acts on a child. He spent about six months in jail and re­gistered as a sex of­fend­er.
