DOJ final monitoring report, Los Angeles County Probation

A mon­it­or­ing team over­see­ing re­forms in the Los Angeles County ju­ven­ile pro­ba­tion camps said in a fi­nal re­port is­sued in Feb­ru­ary that the pro­ba­tion de­part­ment has com­pleted all of the re­quired re­forms and is now free of fed­er­al mon­it­or­ing.
