    EPIC motion for temporary restraining order against Google

    The Elec­tron­ic Pri­vacy In­form­a­tion Cen­ter has asked a fed­er­al judge to is­sue a tem­por­ary re­strain­ing or­der and in­junc­tion that would re­quire the FTC to en­force the con­sent or­der it reached with Google last year.
