Federal Complaint against members of Philadelphia Police Narcotics Unit

A band of Phil­adelphia nar­cot­ics cops re­peatedly robbed and as­saul­ted the drug deal­ers they were sup­posed to be in­vest­ig­at­ing, en­ga­ging in a cam­paign of bru­tal­ity that las­ted nearly six years, fed­er­al au­thor­it­ies said Wed­nes­day.
