Indictment accuses former OC court clerk of fixing hundreds of criminal and traffic cases for bribes

A grand jury handed up an in­dict­ment against a dozen people charged in a massive bribery scheme al­legedly run by an Or­ange County court clerk ac­cused of for­ging re­cords in hun­dreds of cases to get drunk drivers and oth­er vi­ol­at­ors off with little or no pun­ish­ment.
