    John Burton’s letter to Sara Wan

    Cali­for­nia Demo­crat­ic Party Chair John Bur­ton held true to his repu­ta­tion in a let­ter sent to Sara Wan, the new chair of the Coastal Com­mis­sion. Bur­ton, the can­tan­ker­ous, salty-tongued former lead­er of the state Sen­ate, didn’t hold back in telling Wan what he thinks of her.
