Occidental College failed to quickly address some sexual misconduct cases but otherwise did not violate federal civil rights laws

Oc­ci­dent­al Col­lege failed to quickly ad­dress some sexu­al mis­con­duct com­plaints but oth­er­wise vi­ol­ated no civil rights laws, ac­cord­ing to a three-year in­vest­ig­a­tion by the U.S. edu­ca­tion de­part­ment.
