    Proposition AA

    Pro­pos­i­tion AA, ap­proved by voters in 2003, was the second of three bond au­thor­iz­a­tions in the Los Angeles Com­munity Col­lege Dis­trict’s $5.7-bil­lion re­build­ing pro­gram. It au­thor­ized $1.2 bil­lion in bor­row­ing.
