    Review panel’s mission, members

    In April 2011, the chan­cel­lor of the Los Angeles Com­munity Col­lege Dis­trict ap­poin­ted an in­de­pend­ent com­mit­tee to con­duct a broad re­view of the dis­trict’s $5.7-bil­lion con­struc­tion pro­gram.
