LAFD contractor’s letter on dispatch scripts

The cre­at­or of com­pu­ter­ized scripts that the Los Angeles Fire De­part­ment’s 911 call­takers use when re­spond­ing to calls for med­ic­al help has threatened to cut off the de­part­ment’s ac­cess fol­low­ing a de­cision by city lead­ers to de­vel­op a homegrown re­place­ment.
