    Social Worker Lincoln Saul’s May 28 letter

    Su­per­vising So­cial Work­er Lin­coln Saul wrote to Eric Marts, deputy dir­ect­or of the De­part­ment of Chil­dren and Fam­ily Ser­vices, al­leging that chil­dren were routinely housed in an of­fice build­ing be­cause the de­part­ment did not have foster homes for them. Saul said man­agers were im­ple­ment­ing tac­tics to pre­vent the news from trav­el­ling up the chain of com­mand.
