Judge’s ruling on Malibu beach pathway

A rul­ing by Los Angeles Su­per­i­or Court Judge James C. Chal­fant up­holds a 2009 or­der by the Cali­for­nia Coastal Com­mis­sion telling Lis­ette Ack­er­berg to clear the way for a pub­lic path­way along the edge of her Car­bon Beach prop­erty.
