Proposed changes to Financial CHOICE Act

Rep. Jeb Hensarling, chair­man of the House Fin­an­cial Ser­vices Com­mit­tee, has is­sued a memo out­lining re­vi­sions to his bill. They would, among oth­er things, sig­ni­fic­antly weak­en the Con­sumer Fin­an­cial Pro­tec­tion Bur­eau.
