Read the lawsuit by former Los Angeles County Assistant Sheriff Todd Rogers

A law­suit filed on June 6, 2017 by a former high-rank­ing Los Angeles County Sher­iff’s De­part­ment of­fi­cial says he was pres­sured to take an early re­tire­ment after he re­por­ted al­leged crim­in­al mis­con­duct by vari­ous de­part­ment of­fi­cials in­clud­ing Sher­iff Jim Mc­Don­nell. The suit, filed as John Doe vs. County of Los Angeles, was filed by Todd Ro­gers, whose name ap­pears on a cov­er sheet at­tached to the fil­ing.
