    State fines Stockton nursing home after death

    Creek­side Care Cen­ter in Stock­ton was fined $100,000 Fri­day after a state in­vest­ig­a­tion found in­ad­equate care led to the death of a res­id­ent, ac­cord­ing to of­fi­cials at the Cali­for­nia De­part­ment of Pub­lic Health.
