Supreme Court decision in Spider-Man toy case

Because the Supreme Court chose not to overrule a 1964 decision on Monday, Marvel doesn’t have to pay royalties to the inventor of a Spider-Man toy after the expiration of the toy’s patent. Monday’s decision is peppered references to the superhero.
