After nearly three years in bankruptcy, the owner of the Los Angeles Times, the KTLA-TV station, the Chicago Tribune and other media properties must go back to creditors to try to come up with another plan for getting the company out of the court system.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin J. Carey set a hearing for Nov. 22 to determine the next steps in a case that was filed in December 2008.
