UC Berkeley study finds U.S. citizens in deportation cases

Re­search­ers at UC Berke­ley ex­amin­ing a sample of ICE im­mig­ra­tion cases found U.S. cit­izens among those de­tained by agents. Fed­er­al of­fi­cials say they have nev­er con­duc­ted an of­fi­cial audit of the sys­tem for such er­rors.
