Valley Surgical Center lawsuit against L.A. County coroner

Val­ley Sur­gic­al Cen­ter said in a law­suit that the Los Angeles County cor­on­er’s autopsy re­port about Paula Rojeski’s death was “ser­i­ously flawed.” The law­suit seeks to have the cor­on­er re­moved from the case, and mon­et­ary dam­ages.
