    When a scout­mas­ter dis­covered a 12-year-old Scout per­form­ing or­al sex on Laz­zares­chi, the boy said the as­sist­ant lead­er “made me do it to him.” Scout­ing of­fi­cials did not re­port it to po­lice, and took the ad­vice of the Rev. Ed­mond C. Mi­carelli to not tell the boy’s par­ents.
