9th Circuit Court rejects Arizona law denying bail to undocumented immigrants

Pro­pos­i­tion 100, a 2006 bal­lot meas­ure that gained ap­prov­al from nearly 80 per­cent of Ari­zona voters, vi­ol­ates the due pro­cess clause of the 4th Amend­ment, ac­cord­ing to an opin­ion re­leased by the 9th Cir­cuit Court of Ap­peals on Wed­nes­day.
