ACLU sues Baltimore over conditions at city jail

The ACLU has filed a mo­tion seek­ing to re-open a law­suit call­ing for ma­jor re­forms to Bal­timore’s city jail, cit­ing re­ports from de­fend­ants who claim they struggled to re­ceive HIV med­ic­a­tion and were stuffed in­to crowded, ver­min-rid­den cells.
