ACLU sues Philadelphia Police over right to film officers

The Amer­ic­an Civil Liber­ties Uni­on has filed a fed­er­al law­suit against the Phil­adelphia Po­lice De­part­ment, high­light­ing nearly a dozen in­cid­ents where of­ficers have used force to stop ci­vil­ians from film­ing po­lice ac­tions in pub­lic.
