Activision Fenady Testimony

Thomas Fenady, a former Act­i­v­i­sion em­ploy­ee, test­i­fied that com­pany of­fi­cials dir­ec­ted him to hack in­to the email ac­counts of plaintiffs, Jason West and Vin­cent Zampella, to “dig up dirt” on the two de­velopers.
