These emails have been sub­mit­ted as evid­ence in the up­com­ing tri­al pit­ting Act­i­v­i­sion Bliz­zard Inc. against the former de­velopers of the Call of Duty game fran­chise.

Ex­hib­it 1032: These emails con­cern a block of stock grants that Act­i­v­i­sion planned to award to top de­velopers at In­fin­ity Ward. It in­cludes a re­com­mend­a­tion from the law­yer who rep­res­en­ted Jason West and Vin­cent Zampella, the heads of In­fin­ity Ward and plaintiffs in the law­suit, about wheth­er to dis­trib­ute those grants or “stall.”
