Activision Trial Exhibit 1032

These emails have been submitted as evidence in the upcoming trial pitting Activision Blizzard Inc. against the former developers of the Call of Duty game franchise.

Exhibit 1032: These emails concern a block of stock grants that Activision planned to award to top developers at Infinity Ward. It includes a recommendation from the lawyer who represented Jason West and Vincent Zampella, the heads of Infinity Ward and plaintiffs in the lawsuit, about whether to distribute those grants or “stall.”
