Con­sidered an amend­ment to In­fin­ity Ward’s ori­gin­al 2003 con­tract with Act­i­v­i­sion, this agree­ment es­sen­tially ex­tends the stu­dio’s con­tract with Act­i­v­i­sion, but with im­port­ant changes that ex­pand the de­velopers’ con­trol over the Call of Duty game fran­chise, and lays out new roy­alty and bo­nus pro­vi­sions.
