Albuquerque bus problems

In­spec­tion re­cords provided to the Los Angeles Times show prob­lems found in the new buses that BYD sold to Al­buquerque. This is part of the in­spec­tion re­port for one of those buses. BYD said it would make cor­rec­tions and re­pairs at no charge.
