Alleged L.A. gang members indicted

Nearly two dozen mem­bers of three North­east Los Angeles gangs united by the Mex­ic­an Mafia have been in­dicted by a fed­er­al grand jury on charges of rack­et­eer­ing, ex­tort­ing money from drug sellers and con­spir­ing to kill rivals.
