Amended Eric Frein complaint

Eric Frein, who is ac­cused of killing one Pennsylvania state troop­er and shoot­ing an­oth­er, was charged Thursday with two ter­ror­ism counts. In this amended crim­in­al com­plaint, po­lice said he told them he’d car­ried out the at­tack to “wake people up.”
