Sex assault suit filed against American Apparel CEO
Dov Charney, American Apparel Inc.’s embattled chief executive, has been sued by a former employee who says he sexually assaulted her “during what she believed to be a hiring interview” at his home.
Charney declined to comment on the suit filed by Kimbra Lo in L.A. County Superior Court on Wednesday. The complaint marks the second suit filed this month accusing him of sexual assault. Read the full story »
