Be­low are the 10 South­ern Cali­for­nia at­trac­tions that gen­er­ated the most in­jury re­ports with the state De­part­ment of In­dus­tri­al Re­la­tions from 2007 to 2012, along with the re­ports for each. Re­ports on spe­cif­ic in­cid­ents on two rides not in the top 10 — Knott’s Berry Farm’s Xcel­er­at­or and the Stu­dio Tour at Uni­ver­sal Stu­di­os Hol­ly­wood — are also in­cluded.

Dis­ney­land’s Space Moun­tain was the South­ern Cali­for­nia at­trac­tion that gen­er­ated the most in­jury re­ports filed with the state De­part­ment of In­dus­tri­al Re­la­tions from 2007 to 2012. In that peri­od, in­cid­ents linked to the ride were re­spons­ible for 120 in­jury re­ports, ac­cord­ing to the agency.

The re­ports for June 17, 2007, de­scribed how a fam­ily of five from Illinois was splashed with bat­tery acid dur­ing the ride.
