A Cali­for­nia ap­pel­late court ruled Thursday that a judge erred when he threw out con­vic­tions against Anna Nicole Smith’s law­yer and psy­chi­at­rist in a tri­al re­lated to the death of the act­ress-mod­el from pre­scrip­tion drugs.
