Arthur W. Humphries

A dec­or­ated lead­er, Humphries was al­lowed to con­tin­ue in Scout­ing after be­ing ac­cused in 1978 of mo­lest­ing a Scout. After his ar­rest in 1984 on charges he ab­used 20 boys, Scouts of­fi­cials said they’d had no ink­ling of his pre­vi­ous ab­use.
