Beverly Hills Po­lice Sgt. Bri­an Weir has filed a claim against the po­lice de­part­ment and city claim­ing that he was re­tali­ated against after he re­por­ted mis­con­duct by oth­er of­ficers in­vest­ig­at­ing the death of Whit­ney Hou­s­ton.
