Birdie Smith BBB complaint about Rent-A-Wheel

Los Angeles res­id­ent Bird­ie Smith said Rent a Wheel em­ploy­ees threatened they would call the po­lice over her ac­count, prompt­ing a com­plaint to the Bet­ter Busi­ness Bur­eau. Sub­sequently, she said, a po­lice car came to her house telling her to pay.
