FDA report on Blue Bell plant in Sylacauga, Ala.

The Food and Drug Ad­min­is­tra­tion found nu­mer­ous prob­lems at the Blue Bell Cream­er­ies plant in Syla­cauga, Ala., as well as plants in Ok­lahoma and Texas. Blue Bell re­called all its products in April over lis­teria con­cerns.
