This is Cali­for­nia’s 2010 ex­e­cu­tion pro­tocol for killing con­demned in­mates. Un­der a court set­tle­ment, the state agreed to re­place the three-drug meth­od with a new pro­ced­ure, due to be made avail­able Fri­day for pub­lic com­ment.
