CAPA responds to Northwestern’s appeal

The Col­lege Ath­letes Play­ers As­so­ci­ation filed a re­sponse with the Na­tion­al Labor Re­la­tions Board after North­west­ern re­ques­ted a re­view of the rul­ing that the school’s foot­ball play­ers are em­ploy­ees.
