Chris Brown hit-and-run complaint

Rap­per Chris Brown has been charged with driv­ing without a val­id li­cense and hit-and-run, both mis­de­mean­ors, in con­nec­tion with a May 21 fend­er bend­er, Los Angeles city pro­sec­utors said Tues­day.
