Claim for damages from Singh family

The fam­ily of a host­age killed by Stock­ton po­lice dur­ing a shootout with bank rob­bers has filed a claim against the city, a pre­lim­in­ary step to a law­suit, their at­tor­ney an­nounced Feb. 4.
