The Los Angeles Uni­fied School Dis­trict can­not blame a 14-year-old girl for her own sexu­al as­sault or in­tro­duce evid­ence of her pri­or sexu­al his­tory in a case in­volving her teach­er, an ap­pel­late court ruled.
