Court upholds reduction of Esteban Nunez prison sentence

A Cali­for­nia Court of Ap­peal ruled that Arnold Schwar­zeneg­ger was with­in his rights as gov­ernor when he re­duced the pris­on sen­tence for Esteban Nuñez, the son of former As­sembly Speak­er Fa­bi­an Nuñez, in 2010.
