Criminal Complaint against Alfonso Garcia Jr.

Alf­onso Gar­cia Jr. was cap­tured by the Mex­ic­an Fed­er­al Po­lice on Oct. 5 in Baja, ac­cord­ing to the FBI. Gar­cia, who is a U.S. cit­izen, was wanted in con­nec­tion with a June 21 shoot­ing that left one per­son dead and two oth­ers ser­i­ously in­jured.
