Criminal Complaint against Colorado Springs man charged in explosion outside NAACP offices

Thad­deus Murphy was ar­res­ted late Thursday and charged with ar­son and weapons of­fenses in con­nec­tion with an ex­plo­sion out­side of the Col­or­ado Springs chapter of the NAACP. Murphy told fed­er­al in­vest­ig­at­ors the civil rights group was not the tar­get of the at­tack.
